Immediate need for an experienced Press Operator in Minneapolis, MN! 

Shift: Night Shift, 5pm-5:15am, Monday-Wednesday

Pay: $28-$32+ per hour based on experience, plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential

Must have flexo experience – Nilpeter, Comco, Mark Andy preferred!

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient setup and operation of a flexographic press, focusing on meeting specifications in product quality, safety, and effective management of material and product waste
• Working with a team, collectively ensuring the press is stocked with all necessary materials that enable focus on the art of producing the labels
• Providing leadership in areas of Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, ISO quality systems, innovation, and current systems technology
• Supporting and contributing to an innovative culture, striving to create and develop new products for our customers

Hiring a Warehouse Associate in New Hope, MN. 

1st Shift: 8am - 4:30pm, Monday- Friday, $17.00/hr

General Summary:

Position is responsible for a variety of warehouse duties including packing, pulling/checking customer orders, replenishment, shipping and receiving materials, and material handling and completing all required paperwork in accordance to company policies and procedures

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Unloads goods and material received, enters appropriate information into system, labels and locates material.
• Separates customer orders. Pulls and stages orders. Repacks material if required to meet customer specifications. As required, makes boxes, packs, labels and locates materials.
• Ensures all products are properly labeled.
• May perform functions/transactions in designated system to receive or ship material.
• Participates in cycle counting. Enters and verifies information. Researches and makes adjustments as necessary.
• Reviews preventative maintenance check sheets for forklifts. Ensures good working order of machines.
• Follows and complies with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintains departmental housekeeping standards.
• May be required to handle the accumulation, disposal and transportation of hazardous waste. If required to do so, must participate in prerequisite training in order to meet RCRA waste management requirements.
• Drives fork lifts, locomotives, track-mobiles or other heavy duty material movers.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Requires the use of safety equipment as dictated by the work area such as safety glasses and shoes, dust mask, hard hat, respirator, face shield, hearing protection, chemical suit, gloves, aprons, etc.
• Work is inside and the typical noise level is loud.
