Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Pallet Repair Associate to support production operations in Eagan, MN. This role is responsible for repairing and rebuilding damaged pallets to meet quality and safety standards before returning them to customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in construction, manufacturing, or woodworking who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair damaged pallets and return them to service-ready condition • Operate hand tools and power tools including nail guns, saws, hammers, and pneumatic equipment • Inspect pallets for defects and verify conformance to quality standards • Meet daily production quotas while maintaining accuracy and efficiency • Follow written instructions, work orders, and safety procedures • Accurately complete production paperwork • Stack and organize pallets according to inventory and shipping requirements • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
