Duties

• Assemble medical devices using small components

• Perform routine quality inspections

• Complete production and build documentation

• Build and package products for evaluation, validation, and manufacturing

• Verify calibration status of equipment

• Perform line clearance before new build lots

• Follow operating instructions, process packets, and GMP requirements

• Segregate non-conforming materials and notify Engineering

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Report equipment issues to leadership

• Assist in training new Assemblers


Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 6 months medical device assembly experience

Quality Technician (Post-Market Complaint Investigation)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support post-market complaint investigations at a complaint investigation site in Arden Hills, MN. In this role, you will work alongside a team of experienced technicians to investigate returned products, determine potential root causes, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

This position is well-suited for candidates with a production or manufacturing background, strong analytical skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

Job Purpose

This role leads investigational efforts related to returned products associated with customer complaints, with a primary focus on capital equipment (such as computer systems). The Quality Technician reviews returned device data, conducts failure analysis, completes investigation documentation and coding, and ensures conclusions align with testing results.

The role collaborates cross-functionally with teams such as Design Quality, R&D, Supplier Management, and Operations to support risk assessment, escalation of product issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent failure analyses on returned complaint devices
  • Investigate product issues to determine what went wrong and identify potential root causes
  • Review manufacturing and test data to identify trends or patterns
  • Complete investigation documentation and coding accurately and thoroughly
  • Support investigation and resolution of NCEPs and CAPAs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve product quality issues
  • Escalate findings and concerns appropriately
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with lab operations and enhancements as needed

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline
  • 2–3 years of related experience (has proven to be a strong fit for this role)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Press Operator – Flexographic Press to join a high-volume manufacturing operation supporting commercial print and packaging production. This role is available as either Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire, depending on experience and business need.

This position operates on a rotating schedule, offering built-in overtime, predictable scheduling, and significant time off each month. Candidates with direct flexographic press experience will be eligible for higher pay rates.

Rotating Schedule

Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday Week 2: Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Perks of the rotating schedule:

  • Work approximately 14–15 days per month
  • 3 consecutive days off every other weekend
  • Built-in overtime (8 hours every other week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain flexographic press equipment
  • Perform all make-ready tasks, including:
    • Mounting plates or installing print cylinders
    • Inspecting plates/cylinders for defects
    • Setting web paths, adjusting tension, registration, and alignment
  • Make color corrections and adjust anilox rolls or press settings to meet quality specifications
  • Monitor production runs to maintain consistent quality standards
  • Clean, lubricate, and maintain press equipment; perform minor repairs and part replacements
  • Complete routine and manufacturer-recommended maintenance
  • Read and interpret job specifications to determine proper press setup, materials, and settings
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of flexographic printing procedures, materials, and equipment
  • Ability to read and understand job specifications and press capabilities
  • Skill in creating precise web paths and making detailed press adjustments
  • Experience performing routine maintenance and minor equipment repairs
  • Basic computer skills required; Excel, Word, and Google applications preferred
  • Experience with the following press equipment is preferred:
    • Mark Andy
    • Aquaflex
    • Comco
    • Webtron
    • Gallus
    • Nilpeter

  • Corrugated flexo experience
