Pay: $22-$27/hr based on experience

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot problems with progressive dies and line dies for the metal stamping process.

Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot problems and repair stamping tools and dies in the press.
• Perform all required tool repairs and tooling predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Keep accurate tooling, processing, & troubleshooting records and paperwork, including lessons learned.
• Order replacement parts and components for the maintenance & repair of tooling.
• Assure the completion of scheduled die repairs to meet production schedules.
• Assists in managing the build/purchase of required supplies and tool details.
• Assists in managing predictive and preventive maintenance of stamping dies.
• Promote continuous improvement, problem solving, and error proofing of production tooling and processes.

PPE required: steel toe shoes preferred. Safety glasses and gloves will be provided by the job site.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to read blueprints and analyze specifications.
• Ability to use precise measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, gauge blocks, dial indicators, etc.
• Ability to operate all standard tool room equipment such as milling machines, drill presses, surface grinders, lathes, etc.
• Wire EDM & CNC experience is a plus.
• Must routinely bend, reach, kneel, twist, pull, shove, and lift and /or move up to 30 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Noise level moderate to high. (Hearing tests provided by the client annually.)

Shift: 5a-4p

Pay: $23/hr

Responsibilities

• Operating a straightening machine and processing steel
• Inspect and measure parts using precision measuring instruments such as gauges and micrometers
• Heavy lifting/use of hoists may be required
• Study prints, work orders and determine product specifications
• Observe machine operations to detect any problems, making necessary adjustments to correct problems
• Perform operator level machine maintenance duties 
• Knowledge of machine and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Shift: 8a-4:30p

Pay: $19-$20/hr (based on previous experience)

Job Duties:

• Process vendor invoices by performing 3-way matching to ensure details match purchase order and receiving records
• Retrieve vendor packing slips from Shipping/Receiving area in the plant
• Organize packing slips/receiving reports and match them to invoices and PO’s
• Maintain data in the ERP system related to vendors and PO’s
• Manage timekeeping hours for employees in the ADP timekeeping system
• Enter new customer orders in the ERP system and prepare order packages for distribution to manufacturing plants
• Assist in the organization of company events
• Answer incoming phone calls & greet visitors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Completed Accounting II college course, or 2+ years of accounting experience
• ERP System Experience a plus
• Excel skills with knowledge of functions “sum”, “subtotal”, and “vlookup”.
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Communication skills necessary in order to professionally and respectfully communicate with customers and suppliers
