QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

Responsibilities:

• Complete production part inspections as required

• Programming and operation of CMM and/or Romer Arm

• Complete and submit customer PPAP's

• Random internal audits

• Communicating non-conformance's and assisting the Division Manager with root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Perform gauge calibration

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

• Quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• Print reading and working understanding of GD&T
• Understanding of metrology (gauge calibration/set up)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
