Job Opening: Warehouse Clerk

Employbridge is hiring WMS Inventory Clerks for a growing logistics team in Normal, IL.

 

This is a computer-based warehouse role. You’ll keep inventory accurate in a warehouse management system (WMS), so every part is in the right place at the right time. If you’re good with details and comfortable on a computer or a handheld scanner, we’ll train you on the rest.

Your schedule

• 1st shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. Home in time for dinner.
• 2nd shift: 3:00pm to 12:00am, Monday to Friday. Keep your mornings free.

What you’ll do

• Scan, receive, and document using a handheld RF scanner
• Enter and update inventory transactions in the WMS
• Run cycle counts and fix discrepancies
• Keep records accurate and flag issues to your lead
• Check in arriving truckloads and verify product counts

What you need

• Comfort with computers, data entry, or 10-key
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to stand and walk for a full shift
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
