Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder with expertise in GTAW (TIG) welding processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will be qualified to weld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum to meet high-quality standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform GTAW (TIG) welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials according to project specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions to ensure accuracy in welding tasks.
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, and shaping as required.
- Conduct quality inspections of completed welds to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery in optimal condition.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and production goals.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
Pay Rate: $25+ DOE
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a GTAW (TIG) Welder.
- Proficiency in welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a welding environment.
- Optional: Welding certifications (AWS, ASME) are a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working in various conditions, including heat and confined spaces.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role involves managing incoming shipments, verifying orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and works collaboratively with other departments. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including both cold and hot environments. Forklift experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
- Record and report discrepancies or damaged goods to appropriate personnel.
- Unload, organize, and store products in designated storage areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by updating databases and filing paperwork.
- Collaborate with procurement and other teams to resolve receiving issues.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the receiving area.
- Operate pallet jacks or forklifts as needed
- Perform job duties outdoors in various weather conditions, ensuring safe practices at all times.

Position Overview
The Painter Lead is responsible for overseeing painting operations and applying high-quality finishes to a variety of parts and assemblies. This hands-on role requires expertise in paint preparation, application, and curing processes, while ensuring workflow efficiency, safety compliance, and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean surfaces by sanding, wiping, and applying solvent treatments.
- Mask and protect surfaces as required for painting.
- Safely load and unload parts onto and from paint racks.
- Mix and prepare primers and paints per manufacturer specifications (gloss, semi-gloss, flat finishes).
- Verify proper surface treatment and preparation prior to painting.
- Apply primer and paint using spray equipment on parts of varying sizes and shapes.
- Operate curing ovens; monitor temperature and cycle times for proper curing.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Clean and maintain paint booth equipment, including spray guns and filters.
- Lead by example, promoting continuous improvement in processes and quality control.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality system requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members for efficient workflow.
