Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team on second shift. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting foam materials to precise specifications using saws and cutting equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cut foam materials into various sizes and lengths based on work orders or customer specifications
- Operate saws and cutting equipment safely and efficiently
- Measure and mark materials accurately using a ruler or tape measure
- Verify finished products meet required dimensions and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report equipment issues or material defects to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to accurately read and use a ruler or tape measure
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, simple fractions)
- Ability to safely operate a saw or willingness to be trained
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed

Position Summary
The CNC Plasma & Oxy-Fuel Operator is responsible for safely setting up and operating CNC burning, plasma cutting, and drilling equipment to process steel plate products according to customer specifications and company standards. This role is critical to ensuring production accuracy, maintaining equipment performance, and delivering high-quality results in a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Production
- Set up and operate CNC oxy-fuel, plasma cutting, and drilling equipment
- Load and position steel plates using proper material handling methods
- Perform drilling, tapping, grinding, deburring, and secondary operations
- Set machine parameters (torch alignment, gas pressures, amperage, cutting speeds)
- Verify material specifications (thickness, grade, heat/slab numbers)
- Inspect finished parts and perform first-piece quality checks
- Measure parts using precision tools to ensure accuracy
- Record production and inspection data in ERP systems
- Verify counts, weights, and order requirements before release
Safety & Maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Properly handle scrap materials and manage workspaces
Quality Assurance
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
- Identify and report any defects, discrepancies, or equipment issues
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS)
- Prevent processing or shipment of non-conforming materials
- Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with CNC burning, oxy-fuel, plasma cutting, or machining preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong math, measurement, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with precision measuring tools
- Basic computer and ERP data entry skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Able to work independently and in a team environment

- Quickly and efficiently assemble components, which can include but not limited to capping bottles, repacking bottles and/or building kits of multiple components to ensure production levels are maintained.
- May work individually or as part of an assembly line to complete the process, in which case must communicate with other team members on the production line to ensure speed and accuracy to meet established metrics.
- Accurately record daily production with limited use of company ERP system.
- Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem.
- Maintain an efficient and orderly production room while following all company and facility safety policies, procedures, and guidelines and immediately reporting potentially hazardous situations.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector / Bar Processing Associate to support the production of specialty metals within our bar processing center. This role is responsible for performing intermediate and final product inspections, ensuring all materials meet strict customer specifications and quality requirements, and preparing materials for final shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precision dimensional inspections using tools such as:
- 2-point micrometers
- Calipers
- Taper measurer
- Profilometers
- Tape gauges
- Verify calibration of inspection equipment prior to use
- Maintain full traceability of materials (heat number, lot number, piece ID, etc.)
- Conduct intermediate and final product inspections
- Perform dye penetrant inspections and spot grinding to remove defects
- Execute thorough visual inspections for quality and surface defects
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain records
- Identify, reject, and report non-conforming materials
- Perform final inspection and approve products for shipment
- Return products for rework and document material loss and corrections
- Operate a fork truck and overhead crane to move materials safely
- Clean and prepare products for packaging
- Package materials for shipment (intermediate and final)
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Recommend process improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, surface finish gauges)
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Basic math and reading skills
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Positive attitude, strong attendance, and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and pride in quality workmanship
Preferred:
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience with AS9100 and/or ISO9001 quality systems
Physical Requirements
- Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting
- Lift/move up to 55 lbs regularly
- Ability to operate cranes, forklifts, and climb ladders
- Strong visual acuity for detailed inspections
- Ability to handle tools and equipment consistently
