Position Summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new B2B client partnerships. This role requires a highly consultative sales approach to analyze complex client workforce challenges and deliver tailored temporary, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing solutions. B2B Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Identify and qualify high-potential business prospects within target geographic or vertical markets.
• Execute multi-channel outreach, including strategic cold calling, professional networking, and digital prospecting.
• Secure initial discovery meetings with key decision-makers, including HR Directors, Procurement, and C-Suite executives.

Consultative Solution Selling

• Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to diagnose clients' unique labor constraints, operational goals, and talent gaps.
• Design customized staffing proposals, pricing tiers, and workforce management solutions tailored to client needs.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations that clearly articulate the agency's value proposition, compliance standards, and vetting processes.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our electrical supply distribution team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for pulling customer orders, receiving incoming inventory, and maintaining an organized warehouse. You will handle a wide variety of electrical components, ranging from small connectors and switches to heavy conduits and wire reels. Core Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Accurately pull electrical parts and materials from stock using picking lists or handheld RF scanners.
• Receiving & Put-Away: Unload incoming freight, verify shipments against packing slips, and safely stock materials on shelves or pallets.
• Wire Cutting: Measure and cut specific lengths of electrical wire and cable using manual or motorized wire-spooling equipment.
• Staging & Shipping: Pack, label, and stage completed orders for customer pickup or delivery truck loading.
• Inventory Control: Participate in routine cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels of small parts and high-value equipment.

Quality Control Technician Job Duties:

• This position is responsible for assisting the QC group to complete necessary activities to conduct sampling and test cottonseed for quality standards in raw and processed forms.
• Key emphasis will be placed on performing tests which may include but not limited to: Sampling, Moisture, Temperature, Free Fatty Acid, Genetic Purity, Visual Mechanical Damage, Adventitious Presence, Seed Count, pH, Seed Appearance, Warm and Cool Germinations, Data Verification and DNA testing.
• Responsible for maintaining clean work area.

Job Requirements:

Machine Operation: Set up and run manual or automated band saws, circular saws, and cold saws.

Material Setup: Install blades, adjust blade tension, and set cutting speeds based on metal types.

Precision Cutting: Use stops, guides, and clamping devices to secure stock before starting the machine.

Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished pieces using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.

Material Handling: Load and unload heavy metal bars manually, with hoists, or by operating forklifts.

Inventory Management: Track material heat numbers, update ERP/inventory systems, and tag raw materials.

Daily Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance (PM), replace worn blades, and clear metal chips

Job Requirements:

Receiving & Unloading: Unloading inbound delivery trucks and inspecting items for defects or damage.

Inventory Control: Organizing stock on shelves, conducting regular inventory counts, and updating digital warehouse software.

Order Picking: Retrieving specific products from storage using pick lists or digital handheld RF scanners.

Packing & Shipping: Wrapping, boxing, and securely labeling customer orders for outbound transit.

Equipment Operation: Driving material handling equipment like forklifts, motorized pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

Facility Maintenance: Cleaning empty shelves, sweeping aisles, and maintaining a hazard-free work environment

In this role, you will not just drive; you will also be fully responsible for loading and unloading your own truck. Key Responsibilities

• Safe Transit: Operate commercial motor vehicles safely across highway and rural routes.
• Self-Loading: Independently load cotton seed into the truck using augers, conveyors, or loaders.
• Cargo Security: Secure all loads with tarps and straps to prevent spills during transit.
• Site Delivery: Haul and unload seed at designated drop-off sites efficiently.
• Vehicle Inspection: Perform mandatory pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections daily.
• Log Maintenance: Maintain accurate electronic logbooks, delivery receipts, and weight tickets.

Job Requirements:

The Sewage Pipeline Worker performs skilled manual labor to install, maintain, repair, and replace municipal and industrial wastewater collection systems. This role involves working around chemical and biological hazards, operating specialized tools, and ensuring compliance with environmental safety regulations to protect the public water supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Trenching & Shoring: Excavate trenches, lay bedding materials, and install shoring or trench boxes to prevent cave-ins.
