Electronics Test Technician needed in Longmont

Mon-Thurs 10hr shifts

$27-$32 DOE

 Assembles and tests Mass Memory Storage Devices while adhering to established manufacturing procedures and well-defined quality standards. Assembles electronics according to product specifications. Follows blueprints to put together electronic devices, tools and products using hand and power tools and other assembly equipment.

Electronics Test Technician Primary Responsibilities

• Assembles products/parts as specified using a variety of small hand tools, soldering equipment and manufacturing test equipment

• Conducts Acceptance Testing on assembled products as outlined by product specifications using PC Based software test suite

• Controls and maintains proper handling, movement, and storage of Mass Memory Storage Devices as recommended

• Reviews product Bill of Materials and Work Order requirements associated with Kit Pull documentation to identify parts and quantities required for assembly

• Conducts initial receipt of parts upon delivery from supplier or carrier

• Conducts periodic maintenance/inspection on assembly tooling and test equipment

• Conducts inspection of assemblies or sub-assemblies throughout the manufacturing process to insure quality/performance standards are being maintained

• Participates in new product/process implementation to maximize manufacturability

• Maintains accurate manufacturing records

• Initiates and follows the sequence of steps required for the repair of customer assets

• Maintains accurate, detailed records regarding the status of customer’s repairable assets

• Minimum 2 years Tech Degree or 2-3 years’ experience in this field.
• Previous experience in Electro/Mechanical assembly

• Knowledge of personal computer-based data entry systems such as MS Word and Excel

• Knowledge of the English Language, including its structure and concepts. Also, knowledge of the meaning and spelling of words, composition, and grammar.
• Knowledge of Static Electricity, which includes its elimination, and prevention.

Direct Hire Opportunity!!

Rotating Schedule. - Must be able to work Days and Night Shift  - 6:30am (PM) - 7:00pm (AM)

12-hour shifts with alternating days off, and rotate between night and day shifts every 12 weeks

Pay for this role is $25.00 hourly plus $4.00 for shift differential when on night rotation

Chemical Manufacturing Operator follows established procedures to manufacture chemical intermediates and finished products. The Operator follows procedures that are set forth in the form of batch records and work instructions. This person completes a variety of duties: in addition to operating chemical processes, the employee may perform setup, cleaning of equipment, waste disposal, emergency response, warehouse activities, maintenance, and clean-up activities needed to facilitate general operations and regulatory compliance.

Chemical Manufacturing Operator Duties:

  • Uses protective equipment (PPE) as needed to prevent exposure to dangerous chemicals
  • Follows established procedures as described by Batch Records, GEN’s and Work Instructions and OPI’s to manufacture chemical intermediates and finished products
  • Follows established procedures as described by SOP’s and other operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment that complies with safety and environmental rules and regulations
  • Transfers raw materials, finished products, wastewater, waste solvents, and other wastes between tanks, drums, and shipping containers using pumps, pressure and other equipment; handles solid chemicals as chemical intermediates, products and waste
  • Labels hazardous waste containers as appropriate to maintain compliance with labeling regulations and times.

Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Specific Duties and Responsibilities:


• Understanding of PLCs
• Common knowledge of hand tools and electrical testing equipment

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
