Receiving Associate Needed for Temp to Hire Job Opportunity in Longmont!

1st Shift

$17-19 Depending on experience 

Receiving Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

- Unload and unpack incoming shipments.

- Process material through Receiving by opening boxes, counting material, and all other requirements of receiving materials.

- Print packing slips; track serial numbers applicable to daily shipments.

- Examine articles for defects and sort articles according to extent of defect; may record factors causing goods to be returned. - Interface with PM and Buyer.

- Enter daily receiving transactions into Profit key, as required.

- Support and follow all ISO standards related to the Company's various Quality Management Systems. These systems may include, but are not limited to, quality, the environment, health, safety and security.

Job Requirements:

Receiving Associate, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY 

  • Completion of High School education or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing receiving capacity
  • Aptitude for mechanical operation
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Superb attention to detail and product quality
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality - accurately record work time on a daily basis

 

Receiving Associate PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Duties require frequent standing throughout working shift for 8 to 12 hours
  • Ability to read and interpret order sheets and other documents
  • Able to lift 10 lbs. continuously and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
  • Occasional climbing, stooping, bending and overhead reaching
  • Frequent walking
  • Fine hand manipulation, grasping and gripping

Manufacturing Stockroom Associate needed in Longmont

1st shift Available 

Pay $17.00-20 depending on level of experience 

Manufacturing Stockroom Associates Accurately transact and physically move raw materials to and from the Stockroom. Maintain an accurate accounting of inventory within the Stockroom. Locate stock and deliver items to their destination based upon customer needs. Complete component preparation prior to kit release.

Manufacturing Stockroom Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

-Use of Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) handling requirements based on component moisture sensitive levels (MSL). PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED

-Utilize process sheets to ensure correct build or proper revision of product.

-Verify correct part numbers in kit supplied to the SMT program or load list and kit sheet.

-Read and interpret work instructions.

-Use a digital volt multi-meter (DVM) to read component values and document values on SMT load sheets.

-Load and unload feeders for surface mount machines using the load list provided by machine.

-Use a reel counter for counting of SMD on reels for teardown count back processes to the stockroom.

-Use a computer program to create inventory labels.

-Support work cells by pulling kits and filling kit shortages and floor shortages.

-Fill material requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distribute items to production workers or assembly line.

  • Knowledge of IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification.
  • Pass IPC-A-610 Modules 1 & 2.

  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings and work instruction processes.
  • High school diploma or Equivalent REQURED

Perform a variety of assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies on the production line utilizing work process procedures, written instructions, diagrams, and specifications. Primary work is conducted under a lighted magnified lens, utilizing small hand tools, machinery or applicable materials, while soldering components and assembling to printed circuit boards utilizing a soldering iron.

Solderer Duties and Responsibilities:

• Primary component type soldering of thru-hole devices only.

• Melt and apply solder along adjoining edges of work pieces to solder joints using a soldering iron.

• Clean/polish work pieces and tip of soldering iron using chemical solution, file, or wire brush.

• Apply flux to work piece surfaces in preparation for soldering.

• Heat soldering iron or work piece to specified temperature for soldering, using electric current.

• Examine product to verify conformance to workmanship standards.

• Support and follow all ISO standards related to the company's various Quality Management Systems. These systems may include, but are not limited to, quality, the environment, health, safety and security.

The Machine Operator will be working in an environment in which they will be making blocks. As part of our team, you would be operating production line machines, inspecting products, and learning the valuable skill of maintaining equipment. Automation with robots is part of our manufacturing process. Our ideal person for the Machine Operator position would have a strong work ethic with a great attention to quality and safety.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Learn and know names of block product to include sizes and color details

• Learn and understand cubing patterns and block per pallet quantities

• Learn and understand the controls and proper operation of the cuber, splitter and de-palleter

• Operate the cuber, splitter and de-palleter in a safe manner and report any problems with equipment to Supervisor or Machine Operator immediately

• During machine downtime, this position is to assist the Machine Operator with problems as needed

• During mold changes, this position is to assist the Machine Operator with such actions

• During machine downtime, ensure your area is clean and the Machine Operator does not need your assistance, then communicate with the Shift Lead to verify what additional duties are needed

• Must be able to read and use a tape measure

• Must be able to stack and flip block

• Inspect block product for good/bad quality

• Keep area clean and organized for duration of the shift • Follow mixer cleaning lockout procedures
