Production Machine Operator

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable Production Machine Operator to support daily manufacturing operations. This role is fast-paced and hands-on, requiring attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work safely while meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machines — Safely operate and feed materials into production equipment.

• Build and stack pallets — Organize, stack, and stage finished product pallets for shipping or storage.

• Change ink and cut paper — Perform basic machine adjustments including ink changes and paper cutting as needed.

• General production tasks — Complete additional duties assigned by leadership to support overall workflow.

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: 8pm-8:00am rotating scheduled.

• Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Position Overview

This role focuses on staging pallets, sorting materials, and supporting warehouse flow through safe and efficient forklift operation. Ideal for someone experienced in fast-paced material handling environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Staging & Sorting — Organize pallets into proper staging lanes; separate new pallets from damaged ones.

• Pallet Repair — Identify and repair damaged pallets as needed.

• Wrapping & Loading — Wrap pallets securely; load and unload trailers safely.

• Forklift Operation — Move pallets throughout the warehouse using a forklift; maintain safe operating practices.

Requirements

• Forklift Experience required (stand-up or sit-down acceptable).

• Ability to lift, move, and handle pallets throughout the shift.

• Comfortable working until the job is completed each day.

• Steel Toes required

Job Requirements:

The Fitter/Fabricator will be responsible for executing all tasks and technical aspects of assigned projects to ensure the highest level of accuracy and quality while working with the Shop Foreman. This position will be responsible for the fitting of all components working from engineered drawings.

Job Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
• Fabricating & Designing build fixtures.
• Measuring and marking out cutting and bending lines.
• Setting up metal working machinery including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, and saws.
• Reviewing drawings prior to the beginning of fabrication.
• Perform quality checks on completed products.
• Complete inspection reports.
• Fabricate components in a timely manner to maintain schedule.

Education Requirements

• Vocational training certificate or College degree.

Experience

• 2-5 years’ experience as a Fitter/Fabricator.
• AWS welding certification.
• Proficiency in using shop equipment.
• Hi-lo License.
• Rigging and overhead crane use.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, positive “can-do” attitude.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Automotive Conveyor Fabrication a plus.
