We are seeking a motivated and experienced Line Leader to oversee daily production operations, lead a team of 4-6 employees, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys leading teams and driving production performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Safety compliance
• Production yield rate
• Production output
• Output per capita
• WIP inventory cycle count accuracy

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 4-6 production employees.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Accurately record production activities in Oracle, including material receiving and WIP transfers.
• Monitor production performance and execute production schedules.
• Identify and report equipment, quality, process, and safety issues while following established corrective procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Understand and follow Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and emergency response procedures.

Qualifications

? High School Diploma or GED required

? 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred

? Previous leadership, team lead, or line leader experience preferred
