About the position:

• For the products assembled in-house: follow the assembly instructions soldering and connecting the components according to the specifications.
• Ensure that the products have the correct firmware versions: For products without a DFU capable firmware: flash a new firmware using the OEM Tool.
• Ensure that the products have the correct firmware versions: for DFU capable products: select the correct DFU package and update the firmware accordingly.
• Follow the commissioning requirements to design the networks and to commission the devices accordingly.
• Perform quality checks on each step to ensure proper electronic functionalities as well as the correct firmware package and version.
• Perform quality checks to ensure that the commissioned products comply with customer’s requirements.

The goal is to get the products finished, tested, cleaned, bagged, labeled and ready for shipment.

This includes keeping and maintaining the area clean, neat and organized to facilitate lean production.

NOW HIRING!! CNC Machinist - 1st Shift Great Opportunity in Clearwater, FL

About the position:

Operate CNC HAAS Milling machine, CNC Lathe Okuma 10 & Okuma 10 SS and Okuma 12 with OSB 300 L Control (Okuma 10SS and 12 running with sub spindle live tooling). Our machines are 3-Axis, 4- Axis and 5-Axis, working with aluminum, plastic and stainless steel to make simple parts.

Job Duties include, but not limited to:

• Set up and tear down a work order on a CNC Machine.

• Responsible for in process inspection (utilizing calipers, micrometers)

• Responsible for making adjustments to offsets, and program as needed to maintain tolerances.

• Must be able to work off of blueprints

• Must be able to accurately use shop math in checking parts.

• Perform basic maintenance to the machines (clean and maintain, no mechanical repairs - weekly and monthly coolant maintenance)

• Maintain the machine within the scope of its ability.

• You will be expected to help around the shop with deburring, tapping, etc. as needed to keep parts moving

• Maintain all paperwork associated with producing the part and maintaining company records.

Job Requirements:

Required experience & qualifications:

• Machining Technology certification from a technical school, Machinist certification from a CNC manufacturer (such as OKUMA or HAAS) or equivalent.

• A minimum of two-years of hands-on Machining Operating experience.

• Working knowledge of shop math (Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry).

• Must know how to use calipers and micrometer

Immediate Opening for a Blending Technician

1st shift:  5am - 3:30pm

*$17 - $19 Per Hour DOE*

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and operate blending machine and other production equipment
• Mix ingredients in blenders according to written process
• Ensure the correct ingredients, quantities, item numbers are used 
• Use various measuring devices to ensure an accurate and precise mixture
• Maintain clean equipment, complete product logs, and report discrepancies.

1. Perform daily gauges on tanks to calculate volumes by API gravities and measurements.
2. Operate multiple pumps, meters, and steam valves to properly blend products in designated tanks.
3. Properly chose tanks for blending based on provided compatibility charts, tank sizes, and tank drain capabilities.
4. Provide preference information for the spotting of rail cars according to loading and offloading capabilities.
5. Operate multiple truck racks to load trucks by weight using provided API information.
6. Heat, dump and kettle blend drummed additives in additive shed for specific blends as requested by meter and pump operator in compounding.
7. Connection and disconnection of hoses in various pump rooms in order to achieve blends in proper tanks.
