Garbage Collector needed in Sealy, TX. No experience Needed!

We are currently seeking a person that will perform general labor for a local waste management company. These professionals pick up and remove waste from homes, businesses and other locations and take the waste to a designated location for proper disposal.

 

Job Duties: 

  • This person with travel with a driver and pick up local garbage disposal and load into the truck.
  • Will be able to work in all weather conditions 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop for up to 10 to 12 hours per day

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Occasional Saturday's) / 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. 

 

Pay: $17.00/hr. Paid weekly!

Mechanical Assembler Needed in Katy, TX!

This position we are looking for people with small hand tool skills and soldering is a bonus but not necessary.

Typical Duties
-Responsible for the safe operation of assigned high-speed large-scale automated assembly machines
-Makes complex repairs and major adjustments to assembly equipment, including set-ups and changeovers.
-Performs quality checks per the quality inspection plan (QIP), documents specified measurements per print at required intervals.
-Performs daily/weekly/monthly preventive and routine machine maintenance.
- Performs tooling adjustment (e.g., sharpening/conditioning, checking height of spring-loaded pins, keying features, bend stations, insertion stations).
- Replaces sensors, punches, dies, stock components, air cylinders, belts, etc.
- Adjusts housing feed based on associated standards.
- Uses height indicator, ram optic, gauges and microscopic visual checks.
- Identifies and re-sets machine faults, clears jams, restarts production, removes and packages
finished product.

Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday, alternating Saturdays.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr. Paid weekly!

Quality Control Test Technician Needed in Katy, TX!

General Role Description
Visually inspects all units to be tested (pre-power inspection), performs production line acceptance testing using a combination of manual and automated test equipment. With strong troubleshooting techniques, the technician should be able to identify problems during tests and provide solutions.

 

Role Accountabilities 

  • Perform visual inspections on all product lines. 
  • Perform production line acceptance testing including insulation tests and function tests. 
  • Ability to work from instructions, drawings, and procedures. 
  • Troubleshoot and provide results in a timely fashion (strong troubleshooting skills). 
  • Record test results and complete test reports/paperwork per instructions/procedures.
  • Report issues found on failed units.
  • Perform some mechanical assembly.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. on a regular basis, and occasionally up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to handle large gage cables.
  • Good communication skills and ability to function in a team environment with limited supervision.
  • Excellent people skills to include collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment.
  • Outstanding work ethics and commitment to organizational success.
  • Able to follow and comply with Company Safety Standards.

Work Schedule: 

Day Shift: 8:00 am - 5 pm, with possible/mandatory OT

Night Shift: 5:30 pm – 2 am, with possible/mandatory OT

 

Pay: 

$25/hr. ($27.00/hr. for 2nd shift) - Paid weekly!

 

Job Requirements:

  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in the electric industry.
  • Two-year technical degree in Applied Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Equivalent college hours in engineering or comparable industry experience.
  • Must be able to read and interpret schematics.
  • Experience in power electronics.
  • Experience in operating standard test equipment including DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Power Analyzers, Isolation Testers, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001

Production Associate Needed in Alleyton, TX!

Job Location: Alleyton, TX 78935

Schedule: Monday- Friday 6 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Flexibility for overtime is required)

Pay: $15.00/hr. Paid weekly!

Job Duties:

• Spreading concrete into molds, placing the rebar into the pan, and then placing the foam into the mold

• Assisting the controller to ensure mud is filled in properly and that wires are not sticking out

• Watching the line for finished products and repairing any small hair line cracks or bug holes by scraping, filling in, and smoothing out any imperfections and troweling for a clean finish. Will also place labels on the finished pads

• Use machinery to accurately cut foam to the desired specifications

• Insert bolts, clips and other inserts as needed, when pads are removed from molds, based on which type of pad is being produced

• Apply labels on stack and stretch wrap product for inventory

• Keep all work areas neat and clean, ensuring no safety hazards exist in work area

• Ability to operate multiple machines and conduct cycle counts of raw material

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work is performed in a general manufacturing environment. Seasonal temperatures may be extreme at times including excessive heat or cold. Work area is often dusty and dirty due to the concrete materials required for production.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to use hands and fingers to complete tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to move freely throughout the facility without physical limitation
  • Capacity to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop and reach.
