Job Description:
A Janitor, or Cleaner, is responsible for maintaining a cleanly facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. Their duties include mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning surfaces with disinfectant and emptying trash cans or recycling bins

Janitor Responsibilities:
• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
• Maintain outdoor grounds, pick up trash
• Replace air filters and maintain HVAC systems
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• Clean and maintain restrooms
• Washing and clean windows and mirrors
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions
• Operate floor scrubbers, floor sweepers and other equipment
• Dust furniture and fixtures
Requirements
• Prior Janitor experience required
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as a floor scrubber and sweeper
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies

Overview
Reporting to our Finance Manager/Business Unit Lead, you will use your accounting and analytical skills to work with leaders and associates across the Company with the goal of driving continuous process improvements within our operations and finance organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor changes and update bills of materials
- Analyze and update labor and manufacturing overhead rates
- Analyze fixed versus variable overhead rates
- Analyze and update labor operation hours
- Monitor monthly inventory levels and support cycle count programs
- Manage physical inventory process
- Analyze monthly manufacturing variances
- Analyze monthly operating efficiencies
- Investigate variances and inefficiencies to assist Operations in determining root cause and countermeasure
- Analyze monthly gross profit
- Analyze inventory reserves
- Partner with Manufacturing to prepare annual plant budgets
- Conduct studies and submit recommendations for improving the organization’s cost accounting procedures
- Create and upload journal entries
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
- Validate cost of goods sold during month-end
- Support ad hoc requests of General Manager
- Perform all other ad hoc duties as assigned by Finance Manager/Business Unit Lead
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other relevant field
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- CPA / CMA a plus
- 1-5 years of general accounting, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience
- 1-5 years of experience in manufacturing; use of AX ERP system a plus
- Experience with Visual Manufacturing system, Oracle financials, or Microsoft Dynamics/D365 (ERP)
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase or a similar reporting tool
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
