Now hiring Electronic Assemblers to rework returned point-of-sale devices for a company located in the Southside of Jacksonville.
Pay: $15-16hr with performance reviews at 6 months/1 year
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm
Electronic Assembler Job Duties include:
- Sitting down at a work station
- Reprogramming point-of-sale terminals
- Plug in the device to test and replace dead batteries with soldering tools
- Plug device into a computer and upload/download files
- Take apart and reassemble point-of-sale devices
- Small parts electronics assembly
Electronic Assembler Job Requirements:
- 6 months of experience with electrical components
- Prior experience with small parts assembly is required
- Be able to read, interpret, understand, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, specifications, bills of materials, testing software on-screen prompts & instructions, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately, test, and operate equipment and products
- Soldering experience is a plus

Shift: 9:00am-6:00pm
Pay: $18-20
Job Summary:
Repairing POS devices of multiple makes and models, ranging from basic to advanced repair solutions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and providing solutions to device issues.
- Have experience in soldering and electronics
- Entering repair data for record-keeping purposes.
- Able to accurately and efficiently test, troubleshoot, repair electronic devices at SMD/IC/component level
- Maintain, manage, track, and log inventory of product in workstation and responsible work area
- Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards
- Be able to read, interpret, understand, and follow blueprints, schematics, diagrams, specifications, bills of materials, testing software on-screen prompts & instructions, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products
Required Skills/Abilities:
- MS Office suite familiarity
- Windows OS familiarity

Remedy is looking for Return Inventory Clerk's at one of the leading manufacturing companies of secure electronic payment terminals and point of sales systems in South Jacksonville!
Shift: 9:00am-6:00pm
Pay: $18- 20 per hour.
Summary: Responsible for assisting with the overall handling of units returned for repair as well as maintaining positive relations with customers utilizing the RMA service
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Tracking Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) accounts for Point of Sale (POS) terminals shipped by customers for service.
- Answering customer calls and responding to e-mails throughout the RMA process.
- Prioritizing RMAs for repair by shop technicians.
- Maintaining inventory integrity through attention to detail and regularly performed audits.
- Perform warranty status verifications of terminals.
- Draft invoices to charge for department to facilitate unit service.
- Coordinating return shipping of repaired units.
- Maintaining high levels of ethical standards to protect customer data and property.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- MS Office suite familiarity
- Windows OS familiarity
- Excel creating & editing
- Inventory data base management
- Lift up to 30lbs
