  • Measure and mix paint and primer components per manufacturer specifications

  • Perform surface preparation including composite filling, corrosion removal, sanding, masking, painting, and polishing of helicopters and parts

  • Identify and correct paint imperfections such as adhesion issues, blushing, sags, runs, drips, orange peel, solvent pops, pinholes, fisheyes, scratches, wrinkling, and dry spray

  • Operate spraying equipment including spray booths, compressors, HVLP spray guns, and mixing equipment

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and geometric tolerances

  • Apply basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, geometry, algebra) for material fabrication calculations

  • Ensure compliance with the Company’s DOT Antidrug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program

  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance

  • Lead and coach team members to achieve daily goals
