Choose the shift that best fits your lifestyle. Both options run Monday through Friday so you can enjoy your weekends!

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (stay as late as 4:00 PM for overtime)

• Starting Pay: $19.76 an hour

2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 1:00 AM

• Starting Pay: $20.76 an hour

Your Daily Responsibilities

As a core member of our warehouse team, you will ensure inventory moves smoothly and safely by:

• Safely operating a reach truck to navigate racking systems and move inventory.
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials to designated staging and shipping locations.
• Putting away and replenishing stock in high-bay racking systems.
• Picking and staging orders accurately to prepare them for daily shipments.
• Conducting daily equipment inspections to ensure your reach truck is safe to operate.
• Maintaining organization and accurate inventory records across the warehouse floor.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties and following all facility safety guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Proven, previous reach truck operating experience is required.
• Tech Skills: Experience using RF scanners is highly preferred.
• Physical Power: Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 pounds throughout your shift.
• Pace: Comfort working efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Reliability: Strong attention to detail, a focus on safety, reliable transportation, and an excellent attendance record.

Compensation & Shift Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $23.09/hr + Consistent Overtime Opportunities for predictable, high-yield income.

• The Shift Plan: Complete your comprehensive, paid training on 1st Shift (Days), then seamlessly transition to a permanent, stable 2nd Shift (Afternoons/Evenings).

Technical Core Responsibilities

You will work in a high-efficiency production environment handling precision fabrication:

• Blueprint Execution: Read and interpret complex structural blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.

• Layout & Fitment: Layout, fit, align, and tack-weld fabricated, cast, and forged metal components before final passes.

• Production Welding: Operate MIG equipment to produce high-quality, clean welds that easily pass strict quality inspections.

• Advanced Equipment: Set up tooling fixtures and occasionally operate CNC-controlled welding or cutting machinery.

• Quality & Maintenance: Use calipers and tape measures for precision checks; change your own wire, gas cylinders, and consumables.

Job Requirements:

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: Recent, verifiable production MIG welding and fitting experience.

• Technical Literacy: Ability to read blueprints and independently measure finished parts.

• Shop Readiness: Must be prepared to pass a live shop weld test during the interview process.

• Physical Stamina: 18+ years old, able to stand for 8–10 hour shifts, and safely lift up to 50 lbs.

• Preferred Assets: Prior experience with structural welding, CNC cutting systems, or heavy sheet metal fabrication.
