Pay: Starts at $16.08/hour

We have a great opportunity for you in our client Magpul’s Firearms Production team. We are looking for a self-motivated, fast learner that can be here every day and contribute immediately. We are seeking reliable and punctual candidates that will be able to efficiently learn and complete daily tasks given to them on an assembly line building Firearm Stocks using pneumatic hand tools. Must be able to put together and handle small parts as the finished product is no larger than a few inches. 

Firearms Production Associate Essential duties include but are not limited to:

  • Production with manual hand movements, small hand tools, and pneumatic tools
  • Gripping, grasping, and twisting with repetitive movements
  • Assemble and manufacture Firearm accessories based on schematics and training
  • Packaging finished product after assembly

Job Requirements:

Firearms Production Associate Job Requirements:

  • Use of pneumatic hand tools
  • Lift and carry up to 35 pounds
  • Must be a fast learner
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to assemble with speed and accuracy
  • Stand and/or sit for 8-10 hours
  • Good attendance and punctuality
  • A great attitude and flexibility are a must
  • Must be 18+
  • Must have reliable transportation

ResourceMFG are hiring a Help Desk Support Specialist for a firearm accessories manufacturing client in Cheyenne.

Pay: $17 to $19 per hour

The Help Desk Support Specialist provides day-to-day administration and maintenance of employee technical resources for Magpul.  Serves as primary interface for employee related technical solutions. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional troubleshooting skills, with a firm background in technical assistance. 

Essential Duties for a Help Desk Support Specialist include but are not limited to:

  • Respond to employee requests for assistance with all technical issues – including system and hardware requests – including printers, RF Smart guns, Windows systems, and Microsoft server issues 
  • Day-to-day management of employee technical resources including desktops, IP based telephone, printers, and peripherals.
  • Setup and disable user accounts in AD, Azure, and Enterprise systems as requested by HR/IT.
  • Performance monitoring, to include analyzing system performance and suggest/implement tuning as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of all hardware equipment.
  • Responsible for new system set-ups
  • Assist with maintaining the access badge system, if required.
  • Assist the IT Resource/Network Administrator with monthly/quarterly server updates
  • Travel may be required up to 10%.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment (temperature changes, dust, equipment, etc.).
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

  • Requires 0-3 years’ experience supporting Windows and other Microsoft software packages
  • Ability to troubleshoot software errors and issues and escalate as appropriate.

  • Ability to setup a PC and change out hardware when needed.
  • Ability to maintain printers/scanners.
  • Creativity, critical thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills.
