Shrink Wrap Machine Operator 

Location: Downtown Chattanooga area

Pay: $16.00

7am-3pm 

1. Set up and operate the shrink wrap machine to package products according to specifications.
2. Verify product specifications, such as dimensions, weight, and quantity, before initiating the packaging process.
3. Load products onto the conveyor belt or assembly line, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
4. Adjust machine settings, such as heat and speed, as necessary to achieve the desired shrink wrap results.
5. Monitor the machine during operation to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed.
6. Inspect packaged products for defects or errors, such as incomplete sealing or misalignment, and take corrective actions if necessary.
7. Maintain inventory of shrink wrap materials, such as film rolls and sealing tape, and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
8. Perform routine maintenance tasks on the shrink wrap machine, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts, to ensure optimal performance.
9. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries during the operation of the shrink wrap machine.
10. Communicate with supervisors and other team members to coordinate workflow and address any issues or concerns.
