Position: Laboratory Technicians (this is a manufacturing position not a clerical role)

8am- 4:30pm

Daily job duties for a Laboratory Technician

• Perform material testing
• Properly handle usage of chemicals 
• Conduct waste water testing
• Attends to liquid/ solid chemical waste and sludge
• Track inventory 
• Safe use of a forklift

• Ability to perform basic math, reading and writing skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail
• Accurate data and record keeping management

$17- 22.00 pay range

• Ensures motors and router are in agreement along with the motor tag part number/customer number being in agreement with Eaton work order

• Makes certain that all uncoated surfaces are free from contamination i.e. rust and over spray on shaft, castle nut, bearing housings and pilot shaft

• Inspects entire motor, no substrate shall be visually detected on painted surfaces, all paint shall be smooth and continuous in appearance

• Checks all motor tags for damage and ensures no substrate can be seen around the perimeter of the tag

• Applies rust preventative liberally to all unpainted surfaces

• Follows directive of Quality Supervisor to pack out motors by using two hands and gently laying them into shipping box

• Reports any non-conform parts to Quality Supervisor

• Performs other duties as assigned by Quality Supervisor/Manager or Plant Manager

QUALITY INSPECTOR

We have a great Temp to Hire opportunity for an experienced Quality Inspector with a local manufacturing company in Cleveland, Tennessee! 

The ideal candidate for the Quality Inspector position will have the ability to independently inspect quality of work, while following directives from management.

Pay: $17 - $22

Responsibilities for Quality Inspector include:

• Ensure part numbers match tags and work orders
• Make sure all parts surfaces are free of debris and contaminants
• Inspect painted surfaces of product and ensure it is smooth and consistent
• Package product in preparation for shipping
• Follow directives of Supervisors and report parts that do not pass inspection

Requirements for Quality Inspector include:

• GED or High School Diploma required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow written processes and procedures
• Basic computer knowledge

We have a great Temp to Hire opportunity for an experienced automotive parts Painter/ Industrial Painter in Cleveland, Tennessee!   

The ideal candidate for the painter position will have the ability to observe quality and safety standards and have a strong attention to detail. 

Pay: $17 - $22 /ph 

Responsibilities for Painter include: 

• Ability to operate Wet Spray Paint and Air guns 
• Mix paint per specifications 
• Mix coating liquids to desired color 
• Remove any debris or rust from surfaces prior to painting 
• Ability to produce high quality paint finishes on parts. 
• Meet quality standards of work 
• Operate a Forklift 

Requirements for Painter include: 

• Previous Painting Experience using Air Guns and Wet Spray
  GED or High School Diploma required 
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
