Employbridge is hiring WMS Inventory Clerks for a growing logistics team in Normal, IL.

 

This is a computer-based warehouse role. You'll keep inventory accurate in a warehouse management system (WMS), so every part is in the right place at the right time. If you're good with details and comfortable on a computer or a handheld scanner, we'll train you on the rest.

1st shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. Scheduled extends to 5pm when OT is required.

What you'll do

• Scan, receive, and document using a handheld RF scanner
• Enter and update inventory transactions in the WMS
• Run cycle counts and fix discrepancies
• Keep records accurate and flag issues to your lead
• Check in arriving truckloads and verify product counts

 This is a warehouse role. You’ll move product safely and efficiently on a forklift, so every part gets to the right place at the right time. If you have forklift experience and a strong focus on safety, we’ll get you certified and trained on the rest.

Job Requirements:

College students are welcome to apply!

Responsible to weld components and units with specified size. Prior experience welding metal components, weld beads of prescribed length, radius and size. Ability to obtain accurate angular, dimensional and spatial relationships, within specified limits, by careful fixture, proper positioning, clamping and checking parts. Also prior experience cutting metal plate or structural shapes using oxy/acetylene torch.
