• Set up, operate, and adjust assigned production machines according to work instructions and specifications.
• Perform routine machine changeovers, calibrations, and basic mechanical adjustments.
• Trouble shoot, do set up and is good with numbers and math.
• Monitor machine performance, material flow, and product quality throughout each run.
• Maintain required production rates and minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).1–3 years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety guidelines, and basic blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools, gauges, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Preferred Experience operating multiple machine types or automated systems.
• Basic computer skills (MES systems, machine interfaces, or production software).Forklift certification or willingness to obtain

• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles
• Meet daily production goals and adhere to established timelines
• Accurately document work completed, including quantities and quality checks
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

1st shift: $16.50

2nd shift: $17.25

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies

·      Must be able to safely operate machinery with close proximity to pedestrians and other equipment

·      Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries in a safe manner

·      Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock and recording the location of inventory

·      Carefully sort and stock receivables

·      Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments

·      Inspect and operate material handling equipment in a safe manner with zero to minimal damage to products and property

·      Identify unsafe conditions and existing damage to trucks

·      Must remain compliant with all OSHA regulated guidelines and complete all required safety training

·      Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks on time

·      Maintain 5s of container storage areas and warehouse

·      Ship products per client specific instructions

QUALIFICATIONS:

·      2 years forklift experience, loading/unloading trucks with various freight

·      Available for short notice and mandated overtime
