Afternoon shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm
Evening shift 11:00pm-7:00am.
- Molding Production Execution
- Operate molding workstation equipment to produce high-quality molded components
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and station checklists
- Load raw materials (blanks) into ovens and prepare for molding process
- Transfer heated materials into mold tools for forming and production
- Remove molded parts and move them to the next operation (trim or finishing)
- Meet or exceed hourly production targets while maintaining quality standards
Job Requirements:
Previous manufacturing, ability to lift 50lbs, stand for 8-10 hours, bending, twisting and repetitive motions
