Pay & Schedule:
• $22/hr
• Shifts: Sunday–Tuesday + alternating Wednesdays or Thursday-Saturday + alternating Wednesdays
 – 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Evening shift)
 – 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Day Shift )

What You’ll Do:
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, following all Health & Safety protocols.
• Pick, receive, inspect, and deliver orders accurately.
• Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts and reporting.
• Follow all SOPs and documentation requirements.
• Work independently while supporting team productivity goals.

Location:  Mendon, MI

Shifts: day shift: 6a - 2:30p, afternoon shift: 2p-10p or 2:30p-11p, night shift: 9:30p-6a

Pay: day shift $18.25/hr., afternoon or night shift $19.00/hr.

These positions are responsible for assembly or injection molding of automotive door panels. 1 year of manufacturing experience is required to be considered. 

Responsibilities

• Assemble door panel components using hand tools or automated equipment
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards
• Maintain clean and organized workstations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 8 hours
• Lift up to 20–30 lbs regularly
