Pay: $16.50 –$18.00 per hour (Depending on Shift): PAY INCREASE AFTER ONE MONTH OF TRAINING

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday–Friday

Duties and Responsibilities: Perform in-process visual, dimensional and functional inspections on post-molded parts and assemblies. Perform required tests. Maintains open lines of communication between production personnel, QC Supervisor and QC Lead daily. Report inspection findings on report forms such as in-process inspection reports and non- conformity material reports.

Job Requirements:

• Expert in the use of design and development technology; Photoshop, InDesign, Illustratorm and Powerpoint.
• Proficient with MS Office programs (i.e. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Basic skills in additional Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Outlook, Visio and Access)
• Ability to work on a project team, collaborate with others and autonomously

Mailroom Clerk assists and provides postal/shipping information to customers through the mail room window, advising of best pricing available through USPS or alternative services.

Mailroom Clerk assists with maintaining the inventory of required Office Services working tools and shipping/packing supplies needed to complete projects.

Coordinates with the Lead, Supervisors and Manager regarding scheduling and setting priorities for jobs and assignments to be completed each day.

Examines U.S. and International mail (such as USPS Certified Mail or USPS Express Mail) for correct weight and pricing accuracy.

Maintains accountability and cleanliness of Office Services areas, to include supply/storage rooms, building dock areas and equipment (mailroom carts, etc.).

Processes shipping documents while maintaining high level of entry accuracy. Re-addresses undeliverable mail to ensure proper and correct routing.

Participates in mail gathering, sorting and distribution both internally and externally in an efficient manner.Performs other miscellaneous company errands as assigned.

Completes work assignments on a daily basis.

Sit-down Forklift experience required

Safely operate Powered Industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution such as standard sit-down or stand-up forklifts, clamp, and picker equipment.

• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials

• Stack and/or transport materials and products to designated areas.

• Use equipment to scan product and print labels

• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.

• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.

• Complete cycle count as required

• Perform daily safely inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklift trucks

• Ensure facility is inspection ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.

• Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor.

• May perform housekeeping duties

• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Pay: $20.53 / hour - paid weekly
