Job Responsibilities:

  • The primary functional duties and responsibilities of the PCP include:
  • Keep the Material Manager or Production Control Manager or his/her designated person apprised of scheduling activities in the production area.
  • Schedule production releases to ensure all job orders are on time, at or under budget, to Customer and Company specifications and Quality Control standards.
  • Submit accurate and timely reports documenting production scheduling activities to the Materials Manager, Production Control Manager, Master Planner or his/her designated person.
  • Research and recommend measures to the Materials Manager, Production Control Manager or his/her designated person to improve production efficiency, product quality, and safety.
  • Monitor and improve as needed the continuous workflow process layout and activity.
  • Assure the generation of Purchase Orders for materials (parts) required purchasing activities.
  • Assure the purchase parts, supplies, etc. are ready to go to production on time to support operations.
  • Generates daily shortage reports for jobs scheduled for release.
  • Assures the timely and accurate entry of all data into the computer.
  • Assures the accurate and timely return to stock any excess or inaccurate material.
  • Works with inventory and purchasing to manage the accountability of all warranty claim parts.
  • Assures the enforcement of all company policies and procedures within the Materials area.
  • Other duties and tasks as may be assigned by the Materials Manager, Production Control Manager or his/her designated person.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • This position requires the ability to speak, read and understand English
  • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Two (2) years purchasing Experience required
  • Five (5) years purchasing Experience within the Circuit Board Assembly/Fabrication industry preferred
  • Experience in computer literate for data input.
  • This position requires the ability to speak, read and understand English
  • Must have the ability to lift twenty-five (25) pounds with regularity

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assuring the profitable operation of the Stock Room
  • Assuring that the materials (parts) are kitted and placed in the production schedule operation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with Document Control to assure that bills of material and specifications are accurate and will produce a quality product.
  • Ensure that deviations and waivers are in compliance with customer requirements
  • Assuring the security of all physical inventory of the Stock room.
  • Assuring quality service and interaction with customers, vendors and employees.
  • Assuring the timely and accurate entry of all data into the computer.
  • Assuring full control over inventory in the department.
  • Assuring the accurate accounting of short, damaged, and missing items.
  • Assuring the coordination and submittal of all claims or requests for damaged, short, or missing items.
  • Assuring the accurate and timely return of unwanted or inaccurate stock.
  • Assuring the orderly maintenance of materials (parts).
  • Assuring the neat and clean appearance of the Stockroom area.
  • Assuring the enforcement of all company policies and procedures within the Stockroom area.
  • Assure complete “clean” kits are disbursed to the Production Department.
  • Assist the Materials Manager with any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • This position requires the ability to speak, read and understand English
  • Associate degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Experience in Receiving, shipping, inventory control, managing stockroom.
  • Five (5) years Stock Room, Stores or Materials (Parts) Experience required
  • Five (5) years Materials (Parts) Experience with a Circuitry Board/Fabrication Industry preferred
  • Experience in computer literate for data input.
  • Ability to comprehend and analyze business math calculations
  • Ability to lift twenty-five (25) pounds with regularity

  • Following steps for building the recipe of each syrup, performing the packaging process, and then cleaning and sanitizing
  • Ability to fully understand all aspects of this process is crucial
  • Communication and co-working with assistant production workers is required
  • Accurately recording production documentation including product attributes and quality control
  • General maintenance of all production machines / equipment which includes:
    disassembling equipment for proper cleaning, maintenance and lubrication, including pumps, valves and compressors, keeping misc.
  • Equipment and parts in clean, working order
  • Help receive product ingredients, catalog and store them properly
    Keeping production areas clean which includes: sweeping, mopping, and squeegeeing the floor, taking out the trash, breaking down empty boxes and recycling, treating for any pests
  • Operating pallet jack/forklift: the ability to work safely and efficiently with the pallet jack and electric forklift are necessary

Material Handler Job Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse associates will be working at a small distribution center picking orders, loading product using a dolly, cleaning warehouse and recyclables (breaking down boxes). 
  • Will be breaking down cardboard, running bundler, running trash compactor initially until caught up, then about 1-2 hours per day afterwards.
  • Getting orders ready for shipment via pallet jacks, hand trucks – as well as doing light mechanical assembly on Peloton and mixed use fitness bikes.
  • The job is very physical and includes continuously lifting up to 40Ibs individually or more than 40Ibs as a team lift.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with warehousing operations
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and scanners

Production Associate Job Details:

  • Associate will be working in a cleanroom environment manufacturing medical equipment (IV bags). 
  • Production associates are cross trained in various departments that require head to toe medical gowning.
  • Inspect components, materials, documents and final products either as inherent part of the production process or off line. Performs activities specified in batch record and SOP’s. Sample and evaluate product per defined methods, recognizes action levels and notifies area specialist and supervisor if out of limits.
  • Perform and document lot changes, line clearances, production processes and cleaning operations.
  • Identify non-conforming product (rejects).
  • Achieve established labor standards for the respective tasks.
  • Provide information and feedback on commodity and process issues. Ensures quality products are delivered to subsequent processes.
  • Work in a team environment to coordinate activities, solve problems and effectively communicate. Adapt to changes in a constructive manner. Participation in area improvements, cost reductions, and meetings. Provide information and feedback on commodity and process issues. Ensures quality products are delivered to subsequent processes.
  • Adhere to cGMP guidelines, SOP’s and plant policies/rules.
  • All other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor or manager.
  • Able to evaluate process, product and equipment performance based on prescribed procedures. 
  • Work with team members to reach consensus to optimize quality, cost, compliance, customer service and safety.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or required, to include working in the outside elements for material disposition.

Maintenance Technician Job Details:

  • Troubleshoots breakdowns and performs machine/building repairs as well as other planned maintenance shutdowns.
  • Collaborates with the team on new projects by assisting with project installations.
  • Inspects, maintains, repairs, and installs systems such as motors, transformers, wiring, switches, fixtures, and motor controls in accordance with National Electrical Code.
  • Inspects, tests, maintains, and repairs components of the electrical distribution system.
  • Locates and diagnoses electrical system malfunctions using test equipment.
  • Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment by inspecting, cleaning, and calibrating on pre-determined schedule.
  • Records quality and output measures and completes any other necessary paperwork.
  • Performs general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Performs other duties as required. Provides maintenance resource to the entire plant.
  • Utilizes equipment manuals, analytic skills, and test equipment to identify which of the following is the root-cause for an equipment problem: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and/ or Pneumatic.
  • Disassemble and repair hydraulic and pneumatic valves and cylinders.
  • Uses hand tools, measurement devices (micrometers, calipers, etc.) and shop equipment to repair mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
  • Performs training and related job duties as assigned
  • Organizes, controls inventory for electrical/tooling parts and maintains records.
  • Improves and maintains plant equipment.
  • Read hydraulic and pneumatic prints with demonstrated comprehension.
  • Leads/performs troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic problems.
  • Maintain work orders in IQMS
  • Monitor Maintenance activities to minimize downtime
  • Ability to troubleshoot injection and or blow molding machines for mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical failures
  • Ability to read hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics and use them to troubleshoot failures
  • Working knowledge of three-phase electricity

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:

  • High School or GED required
  • Maintenance trade education preferred, not required.
  • Previous maintenance experience in manufacturing environment a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing Environment with molds, machines, forklifts, etc.

CNC Machinist Job Details:

  • Program CNC’s using Mastercam
  • Set up and operate tool shop equipment including CNC vertical mill, manual milling, CNC lathe, manual lathes, surface grinders and EDM.
  • Utilize precision measurement techniques using micrometers, calipers, comparator, gage blocks and indicators
  • Troubleshoot assemblies related to molds to include hydraulics, electrical, pneumatics, and mechanical fixes
  • Construct post molding fixturing for production and secondary operations
  •  Perform injection mold maintenance to include disassembly, cleaning, insert changing, and repair. Mold experience preferred.
  • Maintain the preventive maintenance records for tooling per established procedures
  • Participate and offer input to corrective and preventive action and continuous improvement projects
  • Maintain proper housekeeping practices and mold storage requirements
  • Mold cleaning: complete tear down and cleaning with proper degreasers and solvents
  • Change overs:  Read/Understand the BOM to remove and install inserts to proper version of parts
  • Responsible for keeping the Tool Room clean, orderly and safe
  • Willingness and ability to learn, implement and maintain 5S and lean principles.

CNC Machinist Job Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or GED required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of hands-on CNC Program machine
  • Proficient in Mastercam programming – (5 years knowledge)
  • HAAS Machine Experience Preferred
  • Ability to lift to 60 lbs.
  • Experience working at a manufacturing Environment with molds, machines, forklifts, etc.
