We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Facilities Move & Event Support Technician to support workplace relocations, office furniture installations, meeting room setups, and corporate events. This hands-on position is ideal for candidates with experience in furniture installation, office moves, facilities support, event setup, conference room setup, workplace services, or commercial moving.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in creating productive workspaces and ensuring company events are executed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Event Support
- Set up, tear down, and reconfigure meeting rooms, conference spaces, and event venues.
- Install and arrange tables, chairs, staging, signage, and audio/visual equipment.
- Support special events, training sessions, meetings, and company functions.
- Maintain event equipment, supplies, and storage areas to ensure operational readiness.
Relocations & Space Planning Support
- Perform office and workspace moves for employees, contractors, and departments.
- Assemble, disassemble, relocate, and install office furniture and equipment.
- Move computers, monitors, telephones, file cabinets, and other workplace assets safely and efficiently.
- Assist with furniture inventories, workspace audits, and space planning initiatives.
- Support office reconfigurations and departmental relocations according to established layouts.
- Ability to lift 50+lbs.
Operational Support
- Assist with deliveries, pickups, and vendor activities associated with workplace moves and events.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in offices, storage areas, and event spaces.
- Provide project status updates and complete assigned tasks within established timelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while responding to changing business needs and priorities.
- Collaborate effectively with facilities personnel, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Monday thru Friday. 8 AM to 5 PM
Pay: $18 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist with proven NetSuite ERP experience to support our growing finance operations. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records, managing vendor and customer transactions, and ensuring timely payment processing and collections.

Key Responsibilities for Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable with Netsuite
Accounts Payable (AP)
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently in NetSuite.
- Match invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
- Manage weekly payment runs, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month-end close activities and AP reporting.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Generate and distribute customer invoices using NetSuite.
- Monitor customer accounts and collections activities.
- Apply customer payments and reconcile AR balances.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
- Prepare aging reports and provide collection status updates.
- Support cash application and account reconciliation processes.
General Accounting Support
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with audits and financial reporting requirements.
- Support process improvements and accounting best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Procurement teams.
Required Qualifications for Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable with Netsuite
Mandatory: Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and reporting functions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
