Industrial Janitor Monday- Friday 8-519/Hr  

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Mechanized Cleaning Equipment
  • Use various machines such as vacuums, polishers, and buffers to maintain facility cleanliness.
  • Ensure proper handling and maintenance of all cleaning equipment.
• Floor Care
  • Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using brooms, mops, and powered machines.
  • Maintain all floor surfaces to a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
• Routine Maintenance
  • Replace general maintenance items, including air conditioning filters and light bulbs, as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues, such as leaky faucets, toilets, or missing hardware, to management immediately.
• Trash and Waste Management
  • Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste materials appropriately.
  • Keep parking lots and yard areas free of general trash; report large debris to supervisors for removal.
• Area Inspections and Spill Management
  • Periodically check all areas—especially break rooms—for spills, water, or other hazards.
  • Take prompt action to address spills and ensure safety.
• Cleaning of Facilities
  • Clean buildings, break rooms, offices, and meeting rooms to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Restrooms: Clean sinks, mirrors, toilets, and restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and hand towels daily.
  • Furniture: Dust and polish as needed.
• Safety and Compliance
  • Use safety precautions in all housekeeping activities.

Job Requirements:

Day Shift: 6am to 6pm, A&C shift/ 6pm to 6am B&D shift 

 • 15.00/hr

Dispatch/Traffic Control Associate Duties include:

• Able to validate and verify information contained from bill of laden.

 • Able to correctly and accurately transfer information into spreadsheet.

• Able to Use and log in Military time.

• Check-in drivers- check seals, farm samples, etc. 

• Go through manifest periodically and check accuracy.

• Gather information to properly update reports.

 • Work as part of a team

• Knowledge of basic math and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of computer, data entry, and basic office skills.

• Ability to follow directions and communicate well with the team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Trailer Mechanic Job Duties:

•  Ability to diagnose and repair various systems associated with trailer and dolly repair to include but not limited to: ABS diagnostics, roll doors, body repair, accident repair, air brake system inspection and repair, electrical system diagnosis and repair.

•  Operate a forklift.

•  Understand and follow operating instructions for various tools and equipment

•  Ability to use welding skills and knowledge of metals to complete trailer repairs.

•  Ability to write concise work orders that mirror work performed daily.
