Some Saturdays as needed and on call once a month
- Generate leads through cold calling, canvassing, and effective use of assigned territory and professional networks.
- Develop new client accounts through outreach efforts, follow-up on prior proposals, and re-engagement of former prospects.
- Negotiate pricing in accordance with company guidelines.Assist with the collection of past-due accounts to ensure timely client payments.
- Monitor market activity and competitors’ pricing and offerings; report findings to management and recommend product and pricing adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
- Initiate and process repair service requests and advise customers on routine maintenance needs.
- Diagnose mechanical issues through customer consultation and visual inspections.
- Communicate inspection results, recommend corrective actions, and prepare work orders for required repairs.
- Prepare repair orders detailing labor, time, and cost estimates; document issues clearly for technical staff.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Identify causes of operating issues and determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with customers to identify specialized product and service needs.
- Recommend add-on products and services.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and comply with all company safety policies, reporting incidents promptly.
