Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electronic and mechanical components based on order specifications.
• Read and interpret bills of materials (BOMs), assembly procedures, part files, and customer documents.
• Inspect products to ensure all items meet strict quality standards.
• Meet daily production goals and first-pass quality metrics.
• Maintain tools and keep your workspace clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members and manage your time effectively.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and previous assembly experience.
• Experience using small hand tools and basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.
• Soldering experience and electronic knowledge are preferred.
