Job Opening: CNC Machinist B Shift

Resource MFG has immediate openings for experienced experienced CNC Machine Operators in Benton Harbor, MI! This is a temp to hire opportunity with a machining company that manufactures high-quality metal components and assemblies for industries including aerospace, medical, automotive, agriculture, and industrial manufacturing.

Morning Shift 6am-4:30pm

Afternoon Shift 4:30pm-3am

Pay $24.00 – $36.00 depending on experience

Unlimited referral bonus

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC 3 & 4 axis machines
• Inspect with precision using calipers, micrometers, and other tools
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T documentation
• Keep your station clean, organized, and optimized for production
• Maintain top-notch quality standards in every part you produce

What We’re Looking For: This role isn’t for everyone — it’s for those who take pride in doing things right and doing them well.

• Must-haves (non-negotiable): Minimum 2 years of CNC operation experience
• Familiarity with high-speed machinery and mechanical measurements
• Solid understanding of geometric tolerancing (GD&T)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
• Physical stamina — able to walk/stand for full shift
