Warehouse Associate – Bay City, MI

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately transferring, packaging, kitting, assembling, and moving products and materials to fulfill customer orders, maintain inventory, and load/unload trailers.

Responsibilities:

• Package, kit, and assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers.
• Perform picking, packing, and shipping functions.
• Accurately scan and process inventory transactions.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials.
• Perform repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and squatting.
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with productivity expectations.
• Ability to handle physically demanding work and long hours as required.

Qualifications:

• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
