We are seeking a dependable Millwork Shop Associate to support our production team in the fabrication, assembly, and preparation of high-quality millwork products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the fabrication, assembly, and preparation of millwork products, including cabinets, countertops, doors, trim, and custom woodwork.
• Perform quality inspections on completed products to ensure workmanship, accuracy, and cleanliness before shipment or installation.
• Safely load and unload delivery trucks while protecting products and materials from damage.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists, work orders, and project documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in millwork, woodworking, cabinet manufacturing, carpentry, warehouse, or general production preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
