Job Opening: Press Operator

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional with flexographic printing experience who takes pride in producing quality products while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities: Set up, adjust, and operate flexographic printing presses and turrets with minimal supervision while meeting production goals. Perform all make-ready activities, including press setup, plate mounting, and ink preparation. Review production orders and specifications to ensure accurate job execution. Monitor print quality throughout production and make necessary color, registration, and press adjustments to meet customer requirements. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and waste.

Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience operating flexographic printing presses

• Experience with ink mixing, plate mounting, and press support functions

• Strong ability to produce products within customer specifications while minimizing errors

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with limited supervision

• Willingness to work overtime as required to meet production demands

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
