We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on automotive manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role supports injection molding machines, automated paint line systems, assembly equipment, robotics, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot & repair injection molding, automated paint lines, assembly equipment, and auxiliary systems.
• Perform scheduled PMs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency machine issues.
• Maintain systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Read schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and drawings.
• Ensure safety compliance, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Work flexible schedules, including mandatory overtime, weekends, and call-ins.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with injection molding or automotive equipment a plus.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work at heights or confined spaces.
