Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily retail operations, support team members and volunteers, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

• Two 10-hour shifts per week
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Additional days and hours may be required based on business needs
• Flexible availability preferred, including occasional weekends

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily store operations and sales activities
• Supervise, train, and support employees and volunteers
• Receive, price, and merchandise donated items
• Maintain store appearance, organization, and safety standards
• Support cash handling, deposits, and inventory processes
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Assist with donation intake and donor relations
• Promote store events and special sales through social media and community outreach

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of supervisory or retail leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Experience working with volunteers is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus
