Prologistix is hiring Electro-Machanical Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in West El Paso, TX.

Available Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | $16.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM | $17.25/hour

The Electro-Mechanical Assembly position performs assembly and production tasks while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to blueprint instructions
• Safely operate production equipment and hand tools
• Perform quality inspections and identify defects
• Meet production goals and complete required documentation
• Follow safety, quality, and 5S workplace standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
