Position Summary

As a Millwork Shop Helper, you will assist with the fabrication, preparation, inspection, and delivery of custom millwork products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the fabrication, assembly, and preparation of millwork products, including cabinets, countertops, doors, trim, and custom woodwork.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met and products are clean and ready for shipment.
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely and securely to prevent damage to products and materials.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against work orders, packing lists, and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing products for shipment, including packaging, wrapping, labeling, and palletizing.
• Support shop operations and project completion by performing additional duties as assigned.
