 Position Summary 

We’re seeking dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our growing team in Trinity, AL, supporting First Solar operations. This is a fast-paced warehouse environment operating 24/7 

 Pay & Benefits 

-Starting Pay: $19.25/hour 

-Night Shift Differential: +$1.00/hour 

-Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hour 

-Weekly pay 

-On-the-job training provided 

Schedule 

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM 

 Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM 

 *Rotating schedule including weekends 

Employees remain on a consistent day or night shift 

Mandatory holiday coverage when scheduled 

 Job Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment

-Transport, load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility

-Perform warehouse tasks and inventory transactions

-Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems

-Follow all safety procedures and company policies

-Maintain a clean and organized work area

-Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

-Previous forklift experience required

-Strong commitment to workplace safety

-Reliable attendance and punctuality

-Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends as scheduled

-Basic RF scanner experience preferred but not required

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Positive attitude and strong work ethic Physical

Requirements 

-Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

-Ability to work in a warehouse environment

-Must be able to safely perform physical job duties as required

Required PPE Steel-toe shoes or boots. Safety vest provided
