ResourceMFG is hiring Manufacturing Operators. These are full-time positions in assembly, inspection, machine operation, testing, and soldering. Prior manufacturing experience is required.

What You’ll Learn and Do

After completing training, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating precision production equipment
• Reading and interpreting work orders
• Following production drawings and sample assemblies
• Aligning parts using jigs and other holding devices
• Using hand tools, power tools, machinery, and equipment to join and secure components
• Connecting wires between components, connectors, terminals, and contact points using approved bonding procedures
• Performing testing and inspections using magnification devices, measuring instruments, and electronic testing equipment
• Ensuring products meet quality standards and production specifications
• Following all safety, quality, and operating procedures

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience required
• Must demonstrate longevity and reliability in previous employment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and eager to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
