NOW HIRING: CAN RECOVERY Associate 🚨

Looking for a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Join our team and play a key role in maintaining product quality and keeping operations running smoothly!
What You'll Do:
? Inspect beverage cans labeled Hold for Inspection (HFI)
? Remove rejected or damaged cans and re-palletize quality product for shipment
? Pick up cans throughout the facility and transport them to designated processing areas
? Visit 6 collection stations where cans are deposited into tote bins
? Move totes to the washer infeed area for processing
? Inspect cans for dents, defects, or other quality concerns
? Return approved cans to the production line for reprocessing
? Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 12-hour shifts
- Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching
- Ability to lift and move totes, materials, and cans
