Location: Mendota Heights, MN
Pay: $25-$26/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 6-Month Contract Position

We’re seeking an Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist to support customers, coordinate order processing, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues.
• Manage and process customer orders within company systems and coordinate with warehouse operations for fulfillment.
• Provide customers with order updates and communicate any delays or issues.
• Prepare, review, and organize documents including invoices, reports, and inventory records for system entry.
• Coordinate billing activities, submit required documentation, and follow up on invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor data quality, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with customer service commitments and contractual requirements.
• Track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy, response times, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present customer performance reports and operational reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support operational and commercial initiatives by providing customer service and logistics expertise.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, transportation, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
