Job Opening: Production Operator

Seeking General Production Operators in Campbellsburg, IN!

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as General Production Operators. This is an entry-level manufacturing position requiring some prior manufacturing experience. Training will be provided to help employees succeed in the role.

Pay Rate and Shift:

1st Shift: $16.00/hr – Monday – Friday 8am-4pm

3rd Shifts: $16.65/hr – Sunday – Thursday 12a-8am

Schedule: Rotating schedule: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment following safety and quality standards.
• Inspect parts and products for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Work with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Report quality, equipment, or safety concerns as needed.

Qualifications:

• Some manufacturing experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
