Warehouse Laborer

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: 1st Shift – $17.26, 2nd Shift – $17.94
Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00AM to 7:00PM or 2nd Shift, 7:00PM to 7:00AM. 

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Laborers to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable performing physical labor throughout their shift.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to specifications.
• Load and unload trucks manually or with material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Label, sort, and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain physically active for extended periods.
