Job Opening: 1st & 2nd Shift Warehouse Forklift Operator

Sit- Down / Stand-up Warehouse Forklift Operator – Tulsa, OK

Pay: $19-$22/hour DOE

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-11:30 PM

We are seeking experienced Warehouse Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced distribution team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for safely operating material handling equipment, loading and unloading trailers, moving palletized freight, and maintaining inventory accuracy using RF scanning technology.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, and stage products.
• Load and unload semi-trailers safely and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners to complete shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
• Pick orders in full pallet quantities and individual case units.

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
• Ability to accurately count and perform basic math calculations.
• Comfortable working in high-rack storage areas and fast-.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and forklift assessment.

Interview Questions: Please be prepared to discuss the types of materials handled, equipment operated, RF scanner usage, experience with pallet picking and high-rack storage, math skills used on the job, and examples of leadership or teamwork in previous warehouse roles.
