HR Generalist (Payroll Focus – ADP Workforce Now)

Location: Tulsa, OK

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hourly $28-$36 per hour

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in ADP Workforce Now payroll processing. This role will support payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately using ADP Workforce Now
• Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, taxes, and reporting
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation
• Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollments
• Support employee relations and HR policy compliance
• Assist with audits, reporting, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• ADP WORKFORCE PAYROLL
• Hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience required
• Knowledge of payroll laws and HR compliance
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
