Assembly Technician

Location: Rogers, MN
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00AM -2:30PM
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour DOE

We are seeking a dependable Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling architectural metal products using mechanical fasteners and adhesives while ensuring quality, accuracy, and production standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble products according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Perform both mechanical and adhesive assembly processes.
Rivet, bolt, screw, and glue components together to create finished products.
Communicate with the Assembly Lead regarding daily priorities and production needs.
Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Adapt to changing priorities and production requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Ability to accurately read a tape measure to the nearest 1/16".
Experience using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read and follow blueprints and assembly instructions preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
