Shift: 6:00AM – 2:30PM Full-Time | Overtime Available | Occasional Saturdays Required
Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hour DOE

We are seeking a dependable General Labor / Saw Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for cutting, shaping, and preparing metal materials while ensuring quality standards and production requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Operate saws and other cutting equipment to cut, shape, and prepare metal materials.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete assigned tasks.
• Perform measurements and inspections to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks on finished materials and components.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or metal-working experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Ability to use measuring tools and perform accurate measurements and calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
