• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Blow Mold Operators to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating blow molding machines, monitoring production quality, and ensuring products meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow molding machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and production output.
• Inspect finished products for quality and defects.
• Perform trimming, labeling, packaging, and assembly of products as needed.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify maintenance when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Blow molding or plastics manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work any of the available shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in plastics, extrusion, injection molding, or blow molding environments.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
