Location: Rogers, MN
Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $23-$26/hour DOE
Employment Type: Full-Time | Overtime Available | Occasional Saturdays as Needed

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join a growing manufacturing team specializing in architectural metal products. This position is responsible for welding aluminum and stainless steel components while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel materials.
• Assist with the fabrication and assembly of parts as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure specifications are met.
• Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, squares, protractors, and other precision instruments.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience welding aluminum and stainless steel.
• Strong MIG and TIG welding experience required.
• Fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately use calipers, squares, protractors, and other measuring tools.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Flexibility to assist with other shop duties based on production demands.
