Brake Press Machine Operator

Location: Rogers, MN
Shift: 6:00am – 2:30PM Full-Time | Overtime Available | Occasional Saturdays Required
Pay: $24-$30/hour DOE
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Brake Press Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating and setting up press brake equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up press brake machines.
Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
Produce quality parts according to specifications and drawings.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience with flat layouts, bend allowances, press brake programming, and machine setup.
Previous experience in the sheet metal industry required.
Ability to accurately use calipers, squares, protractors, and other measuring tools.
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Flexibility to assist with other shop duties based on production demands.
