We are currently seeking skilled and dependable MIG Welders to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, fitting and assembling metal components, and performing high-quality welds in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Layout, fit, align, and weld fabricated, cast, and forged metal components.
• Operate MIG welding equipment to produce quality welds that meet specifications.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure all finished products meet company standards.
• Operate CNC-controlled welding and cutting equipment when required.
• Set up and adjust welding equipment, fixtures, and tooling.
• Repair and rework products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling components.
• Change welding wire, gas cylinders, welding tips, and consumables as needed.
• Measure finished parts using tape measures, calipers, and other inspection tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
