Position Details

• Job Title: Machine Operator – Extrusion Mold Machine
• Location: Chesterfield, MI
• Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• Pay: $20.00+ per hour (based on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion molding machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Set up, start, and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and notify maintenance when necessary.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety and operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience working with plastics, extrusion molding, injection molding, blow molding, or similar processes is highly desirable.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience working with plastics, extrusion molding, injection molding, blow molding, or similar processes is highly desirable.
