Job Opening: Molding Material Handler-2nd Shift

ResourceMFG is hiring Molding Material Handlers for 2nd Shift! If you have manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain material flow by filling hoppers and dryers
• Prepare materials for production and mold changes
• Empty grinders and manage regrind materials
• Clean loaders, grinders, and related equipment
• Ensure molding machines are ready for startup
• Move materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Operate a forklift safely when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Report equipment, safety, or material concerns to leadership
• Support production goals and assist the team as needed

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Injection molding experience a plus
• Forklift experience or certification preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
