Machine Operators, Assemblers & Packers

Shelbyville & Tullahoma, TN $15.00 – $17.25/hour (Based on Shift)

ResourceMFG is now hiring Machine Operators, Assemblers, and Packers for multiple manufacturing facilities in the Shelbyville and Tullahoma area. We are looking for dependable individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced production environment. No previous manufacturing experience required!

Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor production machinery as assigned
• Perform visual quality inspections and complete required documentation
• Assemble products according to work instructions
• Package finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors
• Assist team members as needed
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Good attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or machine operating experience is a plus, but not required
