Assembler – Entry Level (1st & 2nd Shift)Location: Brooklyn Park, MNPay: $17–$18/hr DOE | Full-Time, Temp-to-HireShifts: Flexible 1st & 2nd shift, 8-hour schedules + OTA growing manufacturing company is seeking dependable entry-level Assemblers. No experience required—just reliability, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. This hands-on role includes full training and opportunities to grow in a supportive environment.Assemblers learn to prepare, assemble, and finish components using tools, adhesives, and production equipment. Duties include assembling parts, applying materials, operating machinery after training, and assisting with basic documentation and ERP entry. Team members inspect parts for accuracy, maintain clean work areas, and follow all safety and PPE guidelines.Responsibilities:• Assemble components following instructions• Apply adhesives/materials with guidance• Operate production tools after training• Verify paperwork and record time/quantities• Inspect parts and report issues• Maintain a safe, organized work area• Support team communication and training• Assist with material handling and production tasksQualifications:No experience required. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, able to lift 50 lbs, and comfortable with basic math, measuring tools, and simple computer tasks. HS diploma or equivalent preferred
