Job Summary: Qualex is seeking skilled and dependable Welders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with welding processes, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding operations according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous welding experience required.
• Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
